The scirpt GeoCodeUK 4 PHP is a Calculators script (perform complicated real estate math).
This script is without a doubt the UKs number one postocde calculation script. It is number one because it can calculate the distance between unit postcodes and not just areas and districts, like so many of the other primitive postcode sloutions.
Please do not be fooled by these other products.
If they claim to calculate an accurate distance between 2 postcodes ask them if they are actually performing the calculation on the unit postcode itself or if they are really basing the calculation on the postcode area and/or sector. There is a very super difference, especilaly if you're after a viable find nearest solution? This script will not be beaten on power and pluggability and it certainly will not be beaten on accuracy versus price.
